We consider the environment in our SaaS services
We want to take responsibility for the environment and recognize our impact on it. We focus on energy-saving opportunities and our ecological footprint. In the SaaS services operated by Mediconsult, the environment is considered: Our data center provider uses an ecologically efficient cooling system based on cold seawater, achieving significant energy efficiency and thus a considerably smaller carbon footprint in server room solutions.

Our Mediconsult Saga® information system suite has been awarded the Key Flag symbol as a testament to its Finnish origin, sustainability, and contribution to employment in Finland.
Whistleblowing
To promote an open, transparent, and safe operational culture, we have implemented a channel for reporting suspected misconduct. The establishment of this reporting channel is based on the Whistleblower Protection Act and the European Union Whistleblower Protection Directive.
The channel is designed to ensure that the reporter cannot be identified if you wish to make a report anonymously. All reports are handled confidentially, protecting the privacy of both the reporter and the subject of the report. The processing of personal data complies with the obligations of the Data Protection Act (1050/2018).
We will acknowledge receiving your report within 7 days. If necessary, we will request additional information from you during the investigation anonymously and confidentially. We will inform you of the investigation's outcome through the channel within three months of submitting the report.
If you have made a report and lose the case-specific code, submit a new report referring to your original submission. This way, the investigation can continue in collaboration with you.

If our internal channel is not functioning, you can report the misconducts defined in the Whistleblower Protection Act to the centralized external reporting channel of the Chancellor of Justice. (In Finnish or in Swedish) Please note that irregularities in the organization's operations should primarily be reported through our internal reporting channel to ensure whistleblower protection.
